After came back from a jog this morning I had a breakfast while watching Discovery ‘Travel & Living’ channel on my TV. It’s really amazed me to watch the host sightseeing around Greece and until she stops in Athens. She’s saying that people there can share their cab (taxi) even though they don’t know each other as long as they’re going to the same place or in the same way of directions. And I found it’s very-very good. She (the host) said that one of the purposes is to lessen the vehicles on the road.
And it makes me think that if this thing is true, I’m wondering how good it could be if other countries (especially mine, Malaysia) would be doing the same thing there. Well, maybe I also don’t know about other countries which already did this. But I really suggest to everyone to do the same. Plus we could try to minimize the usage of fuel, which been quite frequently discussed these days. So everybody let’s do this together and me myself will try to start this lifestyle in my country.

Some of my crew asked me once, ‘Third (my rank on board), why don’t you write a book about your travels so far?’ Well, I just smiled and went to my cabin. Once laying down in my bed, I started to think about their question again and again. After I signed off from the vessel, I started doing some research on how to write a travelogue. I read some books on them, surfing the internet looking for some examples on these thing. And it makes me planning to write a book about my travels during my sea services before starting from my training until today. But it will be started once I’m finished with my recent novel writing project, which I hope will due next year (at the latest!).
